This email is just for information and for you to be aware. 

We have had a report of a parcel being stolen from outside an address on Hillside Crescent in Whittle Le Woods. It seems the parcel was left on show and someone has been and stolen it from the doorstep.

At this point we are unsure if the amazon van was followed or if this is an opportunist who saw the parcel and no one was around so took their chance. We have had no more reports of stolen parcels in the area. We just want to warn you that this has happened and with the run up to Christmas everyone is ordering presents online. If you can opt on deliver a safe place for them to leave the parcels out of sight or get them delivered to a neighbour. 

If you notice anyone hanging around, especially if there are amazon etc vans about, please note the reg/description and ring 101.
